Doxa -PressureHab’s pressurized welding habitat systems have been designed with the end users safety requirements in mind. Made from high quality durable fire-resistant fiberglass material, Doxa-PressureHab habitat materials can withstand welding and grinding sparks up to 550⁰C (1000⁰F) without the requirement of additional internal cladding .

In addition , the floor is tiled with our extra thick fibre glass floor panel to increase that fire resistance to 750⁰ C (1350⁰ F), able to contain red hot molten metal or slag with the Doxa-PressureHab habitat .

Doxa-PressureHab’s welding habitat can be built into any shape and around any obstacle using our 1x1, 1X2 meter fibre glass panels . The panels provide superior protection to isolate hot work from potential explosive atmosphere . Doxa-PressureHab panels interlock with a tong and groove system and are held into place by vecro . Depending on the hazardous area zone you’re planning to work in , you require either our zone 1 safe-stop or our zone 2 safe-work control system to pressurize and the Doxa-PressureHab habitat.
